What we include

A case is added to our database when: (1) a class has been certified by a court, OR (2) a settlement has been preliminarily approved with a public notice and claim process, AND (3) the claim window is open or upcoming.

What we exclude

We do not include: cases in early litigation with no certified class, matters under seal, criminal proceedings, individual suits, or cases where no public claim process exists.

Update frequency

Our database is refreshed daily. Settlement amounts, deadlines, and status are updated when new information is published by the settlement administrator or court.

Accuracy & corrections

We aim for accuracy but this database is informational only. Settlement details change. Always verify deadlines and eligibility directly with the official settlement administrator before filing a claim. To report an error: corrections@automaite.ca
